February Meal Prep | Week One

                             



 This weekend has been a little chaotic with the Super bowl festivities and my 5k with my MIL but that’s not stopping us for preparing for the following week. I spent a little more than I budgeted for food ($45 over to be exact) thanks to our super bowl food! Its well worth it since we don’t typically do go this all out. You guys know the food for the Super bowl is to die for (even the healthy ones)! We prepped both Saturday and Sunday since we knew we would be gone for a huge part of the weekend.



JANNINE - MEAL PREP 

BREAKFAST - Shakeology, 1 tsp oil (nut butter/ coconut oil) and fruit 
SNACK 1 - 2 hard-boiled eggs and veggies  
LUNCH -  Buffalo Chicken Lettuce wrap w/ garlic rice  /OR/ Ground Turkey, carrots and potatoes.
SNACK 2 Toast w/ cheese
DINNER - 1 cup veg, 1 3/4 cup protein, 1 cup fruit 

WAYMON - MEAL PREP 

BREAKFAST -  2 hard-boiled eggs, veggies and dried fruit
SNACK 1 - Toast w/ fruit and yogurt 
LUNCH - Buffalo Chicken Lettuce wrap w/ garlic rice /OR/ Ground Turkey, carrots and potatoes.
SNACK 2 -Crackers, cheese and turkey 
DINNER- Protein shake, nut butter and fruit
