February Meal Prep | Week Three


We went out to my in laws this weekend so all of our meal prep was done and ready to go Friday night before heading out of town. If you ever need more energy while meal prepping, prep while you're on a preworkout. Whew! That is unicorn blood and it will give you the boost you need to get your ass in gear! I did this prep without Waymon :( but luckily Haidyn lent me a hand in everything. If you haven't gotten the entire family involved in prepping you are seriously missing out!! 

JANNINE - MEAL PREP 

BREAKFAST - Shakeology and fruit 
SNACK 1 - ham veggie egg cups 
LUNCH  Beef and veggie nachos w/ cheese  /OR/ honey mustard chicken with broccoli and potato medley w/ cheese. 
SNACK 2 -  Toast w/ 1 tsp oil (nut butter/ coconut oil) 
DINNER - 1 cup veg, 1 3/4 cup protein, 1 cup fruit 


WAYMON - MEAL PREP 

BREAKFAST - ham veggie egg cups  w/ cheese sandwich style 
LUNCH - Beef and veggie nachos w/ cheese  /OR/ honey mustard chicken with broccoli and potato medley w/ cheese
SNACK 2 - Toast w/ 1 tsp oil (nut butter/ coconut oil)  
DINNER- Protein shake, nut butter and fruit
