May Meal Prep | Week Three





 Staying true with my pinterest foods this week as well, especially because no f$%#s were made this past weekend due to it being Mother's Day weekend. You know that I didn't want to meal prep at all ( or do anything for that matter), but don't worry I managed to pull all my strength together to make this meal prep happen. If I can prep on my laziest weekends you can too!

JANNINE MEAL PREP




BREAKFAST – Shakeo Fruit Shake
(1 PROTEIN 1 FRUIT)
SNACK 1 –Protein Pancakes w/ Fruit
(1 GRAIN 1 PROTEIN 1 HEALTHY FAT 1 FRUIT)
LUNCH – Sloppy Joes w/ Bread /OR/ Kung Pao Chicken w/ Rice
(1 GRAIN 1 PROTEIN 1 VEGETABLE)
SNACK 2 -   Cheese
(1 HEALTH FAT)
DINNER - 3 cup veg, 1 3/4 cup protein
(1 PROTEIN 2 VEGETABLE)
