Its St. Patty’s / Jon’s Birthday week! We’d be eating a lot better if Jon was home
for his birthday, but instead our menu is full of green lunches for this week
to commemorate St. Patty’s Day. We don’t
typically celebrate St. Patrick’s Day other than wearing the little green we
own and eating “green” foods. That’s
a celebration right? I’m sure we will be doing more as Haidyn grows. Even more
exciting that St. Patty’s Day and Jon’s birthday is that we’re finally slowing
down this weekend so that we can spend some much needed quality time at home. Who
doesn’t want to just stay at home? Our food this week is simple and almost all
of them are one pot meals. I will be posting all the recipes soon ! Stay tuned.
