March Meal Prep | Week Two




Its St. Patty’s / Jon’s Birthday week!  We’d be eating a lot better if Jon was home for his birthday, but instead our menu is full of green lunches for this week to commemorate St. Patty’s Day.  We don’t typically celebrate St. Patrick’s Day other than wearing the little green we own and eating “green” foods. That’s a celebration right? I’m sure we will be doing more as Haidyn grows. Even more exciting that St. Patty’s Day and Jon’s birthday is that we’re finally slowing down this weekend so that we can spend some much needed quality time at home. Who doesn’t want to just stay at home? Our food this week is simple and almost all of them are one pot meals. I will be posting all the recipes soon ! Stay tuned.


JANNINE MEAL PREP 


BREAKFAST - Shakeology and Fruit
( 1 RED 1 PURPLE) 
SNACK 1 – Overnight Oats w/ Fruit and Nut Butter or Maple Syrup
 (1 YELLOW 1 RED 1 PURPLE 2 TSP)
LUNCH – Undone Stuffed Cabbage w/ Ground Turkey and Potatoes /OR/ Cobb Salad
 (1 YELLOW 1 RED 1 GREEN) 
SNACK 2 -   Alternating Cheese or Almonds
 (1 BLUE)
DINNER - 2 cup veg, 1 3/4 cup protein
(1 RED 2 GREEN)


WAYMON MEAL PREP 
BREAKFAST - SNACK 1 – 2 Protein Waffles w/ Maple Syrup, Butter and Fruit
 (1 YELLOW 1 RED 1 PURPLE 3 TSP)
LUNCH – Undone Stuffed Cabbage w/ Ground Turkey and Potatoes /OR/ Cobb Salad
 (2 YELLOW 2 RED 2 GREEN 1 BLUE) 
SNACK 2 -   Baked Carrot and Sweet Potato “Fries”
 (1 GREEN 1 YELLOW)
DINNER - 2 cup veg, 1 3/4 cup protein, 1 Fruit Protein Shake
  (1 RED 2 GREEN 1 PURPLE)
