- 3 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- salt and pepper to taste
- sesame seeds, *optional
- fresh chopped parsley, *optional
For Honey Garlic Sauce
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce *optional, more to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Heat a pan up with oil to fry chicken pieces. Start at a medium- low temperature.
- Add the flour, s&p and cornstarch to a shallow plate and coat chicken.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Add chicken to the flour mixture and toss to make sure each piece is fully coated .
- Dust off any excess flour and fry chicken pieces until golden brown.
- In a small container, add all the sauce ingredients and get ready to pour over hot chicken. * You may also pour all sauce ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to bowl before pouring over chicken.
- Pour
sauce over chicken and toss so that the chicken pieces are fully
coated. * left over sauce can be used for dipping.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and parsley * optional.
- Serve over rice and/or veggies.
