This week's prep was only for 4 days because we got back so late on Sunday and couldn't prep til midnight! I wasn't going to do that anyways. I don't get to rest as much as I should, so I took full advantage of my one rest day. Here's our prep! We're trying new recipes from a new app I was turned to called Meal Lime! It's amazing! SNACK 2 – Protein Shake and Fruit
DINNER – 2 cup veg, 1 3/4 cup protein
