February Meal Prep | Week Two


This past weekend was the first weekend in 2018 that I got to ACTUALLY spend at home  and it was fantastic! I had the time to do everything that I wanted to do on the weekend without feeling sluggish or groggy from a work day. I was so thankful to actually spend a little time with my family . Coincidentally the meal prep this week was extremely simple and of course delicious! 



OUR MEAL PREP
BREAKFAST – Coffee and Almond milk
SNACK 1 Breakfast Fritta
LUNCH – Chicken Fried Rice   /OR/ Cheeseburger Quesadilla


SNACK 2 – Protein Shake and Fruit
DINNER – 2 cup veg, 1 3/4 cup protein
