February Meal Prep | Week Four


This is another busy week for us, so the prep this week was easy slow cook recipes that too no time at all! The snow is making me not want to do a damn thing. But can you blame me? 


OUR MEAL PREP

BREAKFAST –  Biscuits and Gravy w/ Bread
SNACK 1 Fruit

LUNCH – Kung Pao Chicken   /OR/ Sloppy Joe Bowls 

SNACK 2 – Greek Yogurt w/ Coconut and Fruit
DINNER – 2 cup veg, 1 3/4 cup protein
