Here is a healthier version of the Philly Cheesesteaks everyone loves oh so much.
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts cut into strips
- 1 small onion
- 1 bell pepper, cut into strips
- Swiss cheese
- 4 hoagie rolls ( we used hot dog wheat rolls)
Directions:
- Cut chicken into strips
Cut bell peppers and onions.
- Saute onions and bell pepper in a pan on medium high heat.
- Add in chicken into the pan and cook thoroughly.
- In a baking dish, place rolls along side each other and add chicken mix.
- Top with Swiss cheese and broil until cheese is bubbly.
