This bread is light
and so delicious. I chose to make this bread since I had some apples that no
one was going to eat. I brought it into work for everyone to enjoy and it was
gone before I knew it! This bread has a texture of a coffee cake so it’s
perfect for any time of the day or occasion. Haidyn even approves of this loaf
for her afternoon snack.
